Galaxy SIm experiencing eye strain, dry eyes, blurry eyes at the end of a day.
Ive been with samsung for more than 10 years but the S23 Ultra is really hurting my eyes.
I used to have good vision but since having this phone I had to get prescription glasses because at the end of a day when using my phone more than usual, I couldn't see in front of me..
Whats interessting is that I got my phone throught corporate and 2 other coworkers got the phone at the same time as me and we all, after 8 month, wear prescription glasses.
Ive come forward to samsung with a official notice and we are considering a class action.

Galaxy SWe are sorry to hear about your experience with eye strain and discomfort while using your Samsung S23 Ultra. Your feedback is important to us, and we take concerns about user experience seriously.
While we strive to create products that are comfortable and safe for all users, we understand that individual experiences may vary. Eye strain can be caused by various factors, including screen brightness, blue light exposure, and prolonged screen use.
We recommend adjusting your phone's display settings to reduce eye strain, such as lowering the screen brightness and enabling blue light filter features, which can help alleviate discomfort during extended use.
If you and your coworkers are experiencing similar issues, it's important to consider factors beyond just the phone itself, such as usage habits and environmental conditions. However, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our products and services.
