Try to Software update via Smart Switch

none of this works been trying for 3 days for a device like the s23 ultra the support is VERY dissapointing i will be considering switching to IPHONE because even though apple is a locked down type of system whats the point of buying the open unlocked one when its worse. very dissapointed in samsung.
