Problem with redemption of samsung benefits for the s24 series

Hi guys sorry to be a bother. Does anyone know how to redeem the samsung benefit for the new s24 series, the R1000 evoucher... everytime I try it tells me wrong email address and I've tried like 4 emails and non seem to make a difference... please can someone assist me

Are you entering the same email that you used to register for the Unpacked event?

I submitted my claim successfully today, awaiting validation from Samsung now

Yes call them. I know there is a section on the members app where you also have to claim. Phone samsung for assistance
