Hi Members,
I am the owner of the Galaxy S21 +5G. All my previous Samsungs I never had problems pairing with my hands-free kit in my vehicle. With this phone the hands-free kit pics up the phone but can't connect.
Can anybody please assist?

I think it has to do with the bluetooth version of the samsung s21 ,as it is the latest standard in bluetooth and the parrot is an older version, that's why you encounter problems. Kakadi in Pretoria sells OEM spec car radios, that fits perfectly in your car and no need to cut any wires, just plug and play, and they do the installation if you want. The system runs on android so the experience will be super and you het stuff like reverse camera and sat nav . If you want the cheaper route, get yourself a clip on visor type bluetooth wireless device ,go check it at the tech shops and if its a new brand ,chances are that it is on the latest bluetooth standard

Hi, Blommie please reset network settings.

*Stored Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth passwords may be removed.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Reset network settings.
6. Tap Reset settings

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
