Overheating

I cannot switch on my mobile data on s21 ultra.if so its overheating and give less battery.

Is that a hardware problem?

Can we get usuage analysis? Is your data on all day? I turn on the data occasionally on my device and not faced significant issues with the battery. I had the phone for more than 6 months 🙈

Putting it on for 5 minutes also makes it overheat.

Oh dang, sorry that's not a good sign I guess. Take it to the nearest Samsung service centre and let them have a look at it

Hi,
I am also a S21Ultra user but my device is not overheat for just 5mins data usage. There must be something wrong with ur device.

It does overheat for me if I am on data (4G+) for prolong period and outside in hot summer. Within a AC room and on data doesn't feel hot.

Unfortunately the s21 ultra exynos version overheats alot and there is no solution for that. I strongly recommend switching to s22 ultra (if possible) because you cant do anything about this issue
