To prevent certain issues with battery there is a function on settings called protect battery. If u activate it your phone won't over charge. On certain days I see my Note 10 plus does not charge over 89% when the protection is activated. See if it works. If not check if there are not too many apps on the background running.if none works rather take it to service center nd let them check it out.
