Please let us know when we will receive the One UI 7 update in the UAE. We have been waiting for this update for the last three months, and although we expected it on April 7th, we are still disappointed. We have not even received the beta version. I was a big fan of the S series, but now I have decided I will never buy a Samsung device in the future because of your perceived lack of consideration. Furthermore, the inclusion of an Exynos processor in the Middle East version of the S24 series is also a major disappointment. Please consider my complaint.
