You're getting 7 years of OS. That in itself made me upgrade from the S23 Ultra to the 24 Ultra.
Currently using the S25 Ultra and the difference between the s24 and s25 is minimal, for a layman it's the same device

SD 8 Elite is almost a 40% increase in processing power but an overall reduction of power usage.

That's why Samsung don't see a need to upgrade the battery.

This processor is king 👑.

From a layman's point of views from the s22 ultra to the s24 ultra, you won't tell the difference..... but again the ultra series is performance based so layman comparison can't really work in comparing these babies

Sat with the S25 plus and ultra on my desk today and design wise they both look similar.
The note design will always be iconic for the Ultra models.
Day to day these devices are all the same of you're not a power user.

Day to day usage of the device is excellent.
The Snapdragon 8 gen 3 is a beast don't get it wrong.

Samsung chips are at least 5 years ahead, they are future proof for flagship devices.
