Nope only s25 users. The rest that are not from big countries are prevented to have early access according to samsung discrimination policy.😊

It's not official 😕 But if you own an S24 I would feel scammed honestly...When they launched S25 it was supposed to launch on the S24..

They need more S25 Ultra sales that's why they can't give their best feature for free. I fear that One UI 7 on older smartphones will be slower and less intuitive which is a lesson for all people who are buying Samsung phones from now on.
