This one UI 7 update is disappointing. With all the delays I have so much UI lag & phone warms up randomly. Animations are smooth at times & then other then times they just don't work. Some text you can't read on some screens because the text colour & contrast is so bad. Overall it's a much better system than One UI 6 but if they can patch the lag, UI animation stutty & random heat ups then maybe it will be better.
I ended up resetting my phone and it's smooth now, but some apps keep crashing now🤦 I reinstalled them but they open then just shut off. They not very important apps but the UI is running better though.
