On S24 Ultra WhatsApp Notification

Having issues on viewings WhatsApp notification preview and reply. Any help?

When you go into the WhatsApp settings popup notification is greyed out and if you click on it it comes up pop up no longer available with your version of Android?

Having the same issue on my s24 ultra. Already reinstalled the app without luck, idk if this may be a Samsung issue itself. Hope some could point me in the right direction to solve this issue.

Having the exact same issues on my s24 ultra. Tried playing with every notification setting and it just refuses to preview any msgs. Just clumps them together and says 2,3,4 new whatsapp messages. Might be a whatsapp issue will wait to see if any update fixes it

I THIIIIIIINK I have the solution. Go into advanced settings in settings. Located "floating notifications." then click "bubbles" or "smart pop-up view," depending on your style. Lastly,  turn on the apps you want to have a message from for pop-up. They are automatically turned off. I hope that helps.

Actually the issue is getting more annoying, I can't get notifications in WhatsApp to vibrate or sound. Works in any other app, even WhatsApp business. I already check that WhatsApp is allowed to send notifications, reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work.....

Im getting the same issue, my phone is always on vibrate, I get notifs for all other apps like normal, but I don't get anything for whatsapp or realise I've recieved messages untill I click on the app.

I assume maybe a software update will fix it, but I'm not too sure. If there is a solution to it, I would be grateful if anyone could let us know
