can I I upgrade my S8 Plus one UI 2 if I can then what will be the procedure to upgrade one UI to at S8 Plus

nothing you can do for now.. because as of now UI 2 is still in beta for s10 users and for in certain region only.. 😂😉 so you might wanna ask that question again maybe next year..
