Not getting update of UI 6 or Android 14

 Hi Friends,

Kindly help me . I am now working in Qatar. I brought 6 months before Samsung S23 ultra. Still i can't update Android 14 or One UI 6. Why like this. when i  get this updation. Anyone know please help
