Not able to register my S23 Ultra for Samsungcare+

My samsung members account says i have 19 days to register my S23 Ultra for samsungcare+, but i am not able to register for it. I get a message, "IMEI number is invalid. Please try again." Can you please reslove this matter for me as i bought this expensive phone because it came with free samsungcare+.

Thank you for your guidance. I had to call samsung customer care center twice, requesting them for needful help. Took them 1 week, but today they called me to confirm that samsungcare+ has been activated on my S23 Ultra. For which i also received email confirmation.

I will be doing the same in the morning doesn't feel right that you have to be doing this as a customer with a brand new phone really appreciate the advice and help!

I'm currently experiencing the same issue with my 2 day old S23 ultra! Don't know how to resolve this issue may have to send back handset that I was perfectly happy with...
