My Samsung S10+ has a problem. When I make a call, the person on the other end won't hear me clearly, am always able to get them loud and clear. People always tell me I sound very faint. Very few of them will tell me the call is clear. It is always a struggle and it really frustrates, especially that this is a high-end phone. Anyone who has this problem and managed to sort it out? BTW, I have run the mic tests and all is fine. The also the network strength is super.

Couldn't it just be debris built up and clogged your mic ? Just try and get something to clear the little mic hole. That's if you haven't done that already.

I cleaned both mics and still no improvement. Strange thing is Google Duo is clear when talking to some contacts. But the regular calls are a pain.

If there's nothing blocking your microphone, then the problem could be the microphone itself. Try using a pair of headphones if you'll encounter the same problem

Nothing is blocking the mics, I cleaned the holes but no luck. This is frustrating to say the least. Thanks for your suggestions

Sorry I updated my comment, I meant to say try using a pair of headphones to find out if you'll encounter the same problem

I connected a pair of headphones but that too didn't help 😕

That's a strange case because I thought the microphone on the headphones would help. Perhaps it's a software issue

I have put a SIM from another Mobile Network Provider. So far, have had no complaint from the people I have called so far. Still observing. I will give the final observation
