My phone s21plus 5g when opening  camera it's writing  camera failed

Clear camera app data if not already done. Open the camera app after data cleared.

Perform the 2 steps below, then let me know if any errors are produced like error messages, black screen, etc, before, during, or after the tests.

1. Test the camera in Samsung Members>Support>Phone diagnostics >Camera.

2. Open the phone app and then type *#0*#. This will open the device built-in test menu. On the menu, select MEGA CAM to start testing all rear cameras on your phone. Test the front camera by selecting FRONT CAM. *After each shot, tap the screen to test the next camera or mode.

Note: for number 2, if you have Android 14 installed on your device, make sure that Auto blocker is disabled or turned off.

It is possible that a factory reset may be required to resolve the issue. If the factory reset is unsuccessful, it is likely that the issue is hardware-related.
