Message on S24 ultra otp

I am not getting otp's banks, etc. Using etisatat network but the network is fine . Getting the otp after might be 20 to 30 minutes.Any suggestion solution. Tried clearing cache on message to no fix.

Just did the new update and am waiting for some positive response

This might be an issue with the bank. Did you receive any system maintenance notice etc. Call the bank.
