Yes you can manually download it and update it on your phone. But there is a catch , your build version number should end with AYB6 / AYB7. Or else you cannot. Also its the update version with the bug that was pulled back by samsung.

I assume they fixed it. Samsung has rolled out the new firmware for Korea.
