Magnetic cable it is safe?

It is using a magnet cable safe to charge the phone? 

As we know that the magnet cable has plugs that is always stay inside the device port , and the pole of this plugs aren't protected , in case the poles of this plug connect with something metal inside the pocket for example, are the charge circuit inside the phone it will be shorted?

Samsung phones don't come built in Magsafe. So, no magnet is used for charging.
