Is there anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm unable to customize my lockscreen clock or wallpaper

Try, press and hold on you home screen.
Click on Wallpaper and Style.
It's going to show your lock scree and your wallpaper. You click on any that you wanna customise.

Another thing check if your Android Auto in settings is on the updated version. Check on play store and app galary of all apps are up to date.

Try also clearing Casche for your setting apps aswell. Thanks

I'm having the very same issue as well, I've reported it and they gave several suggestions to solve it. The issue still persists.

Back up your data and everything on your Samsung cloud and Google cloud/drive .
Then open 'setting' , go to 'about phone' , go to reset then click on RESET ALL SETTINGS .. it will only reset your settings to default settings/ factory settings and not delete your stuff. Then restart phone, then go to restore data on your accounts (Google n Samsung account)

Done it ,it never worked. Clearing app data works temporarily but then in reoccur.

Which device are you using? Is your device designated for your area? (If you're from S.A arr you using south african phone)
