I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, SM-G781B, I have received a message " There have been too many unsuccessful attempts to unlock this phone, To protect your security we've locked it permanently. Contact Samsung customer service to reset your phone".
I have a access to Google Account and Samsung Account of this phone, the data is very important for me, what should I do?
Is there any way to unlock the phone without losing data?

What i know is that there is no any other way to unlock your phone without losing your data, you should consider visiting the Samsung store.
And you can get your Samsung and Google data in your other Samsung phone if you remember your account password.

We regret to inform you that currently, the Remote Unlock feature in the SmartThings Find website has been temporarily suspended. We have temporarily ceased providing the service of the Remote Unlock feature in order to make improvements and enhance its functionality.

However, we recommend visiting the nearest authorized Samsung service center as soon as possible. Our technicians can perform a factory reset on your device, which will allow you to regain access to your phone.
