Loading icon animation bug

The loading icon animation is frozen and doesn't spin. It's been like this for the past 4 days and happening in all applications I run. Please fix.

Same for me. And it's happening in every apps : I see for dots not spinning and also the round arrow not moving

I managed to find the solution on reddit. Go to Settings>Accessibility > Visibility enhancements > disable Remove Animations

Rather disappointing that even samsung representatives didn't know how to solve this tiny issue.
