Lacking of support for received OneUI6

Dear Samsung Care Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of support I have received regarding the One UI 6 update for my Samsung S22 Ultra. I live in Qatar and have been eagerly waiting for the update to arrive, but to my dismay, I have not received it yet.

I have checked my software update settings every day and have tried refreshing and updating my applications, but nothing seems to work. I was informed that the release date for the update was on November 15th, which was seven days ago, but I still haven't received anything.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an exact date when I can expect to receive the update. Until then, please do not tell me that the software update is in progress and that it will take time. I find this response unacceptable and would like a more concrete answer.

نفس الشي منتظر تحديث one ui6 من شهور للأسف الاندرويد من ناحيه التحديثات دايما يطولون فيه مو نفس شركه ابل لكن نقول إن شاء الله هالشهر هذا او الي بعده ينزل التحديث لان الصراحه طولو حيل كل الدول حصلو التحديث الا احنا بالشرق الاوسط ما وصل لنا ولا حتى البيتا

صحيح و مع العلم ان الآن ان أجهزتهم الأفضل في السوق ولكن خدمة ما بعد البيع جدا سيئة
