Hi I have an issue in my phone

As you see the error on screen of call forward is not going from screen for few seconds how can it be resloved

settings
general management
reset
reset all settings

Please be noted that reset all settings will not affect your data, only your settings will be back to default. Long press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
Tap OK on the agreement popup to send system log data.
