How do I stop a specific app from accessing the Internet i.e., I'd like WhatsApp or Facebook to not function at certain times but still have my mobile data or WiFi connected and working on the phone?

Its an app that block app outgoing internet connection in the background.Almost all 3rd party apps have your phones internet access that setting the other guy showed you just blocks data usage
