I have this green pop up widget apparently it's the accessibility button.
Solved:
In Settings, go to accessibility, advanced settings and then accessibility button.
Inside that you will see that the button you've selected is ticked, click it again and it should be unticked and removed.
Hope it helps someone, simple fix but it made me search for answers. Cheers
