Settings > connection > more connection > private dns > type in dns.adgaurd.com

Back up important stuff. Use your Google account as backup if possible. Then factory reset your phone, using a DNS will only mask your underlying issue, which ever app installed the "malware" that causes the ad popus is still running endlessly in the background undetected which consumes resources. If you want a quick fix do the DNS if you want to rid the phone completely of the issue Factory reset is your only safe choice.
