There are many methods available. 1. You can download a third party screen recorder from play store. 2. You can install Goodlock and can record screen through nice shot. 3. You can open game launcher, then select the option to add apps. All the supported apps will be shown there. Select the desired one and you can record screen with game launcher. But the number of supported apps are limitied in this method.
