Check Security Settings

Go to Settings > Biometrics and Security.

Check if the options for Fingerprints and Face Recognition are present and enabled.

If they are not visible, there might be a system glitch or misconfiguration.

Restart your phone in Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the problem:

Press and hold the Power button, then tap and hold Power Off until you see Safe Mode.

If biometrics work in Safe Mode, an app may be interfering.

Hi, If None of These Work It could be a hardware issue or a more significant software problem. Visit a Samsung Service Center for further diagnosis and repair.
