Help!!! how do I unroot to get a Software update and other samsung features

Please can any Samsung Fam help me with a tip on how I can unroot my device to get the official stock Rom cause it's cutting my access to samsung pay, Pass, even  software updates and alot more

Spoiler: I didn't root the device, I bought samsung s9 plus and surprise: it's already been rooted and I confirmed that in settings phone status showing custom instead of official

Any little assistance will be highly appreciated
