Hii.

Ive been a lifelong iPhone user, it's the first time I'm using a samsung device. 

I just bought the S22 ultra a few days back and the Galaxy Watch 4 classic.

In the Samsung Members app,It showed me the offer to get 2 years samsung care at a discounted price of aed 200.

I wanted to buy that.

During the course of action

I did a mistake and activated my 1 year samsung care
Now, the 2 year samsung care option is not available on samsung members app nor on the website.

When I go to the website it just says my device has samsung care.

I need to upgrade to the 2 year plan.

You can't activate 2 year offer now. My Samsung care was activated by them automatically and when i tried to activate 2 year it was showing already activated. Customer care team promised a call back which i never got. So, no option now for 2 year 😒

Gosh... that's disappointing.

They seriously need to up their customer relationship game.

They've got a lot to learn from Apple.

Unlike apple the ADP care Samsung provides with another company, so they can't help once the policy started. And they ware just trying to skip the call

Exactly what I mean by they need to up their customer relationship game.

I've been 10 years with Apple, and irrespective of what mistakes I do, they always found a way to sort it.

Sometimes going against the book.

Weirdest part being I'm not even allowed to buy the second year, leave the discounted price, even at full price they said I can't.

Seriously disappointing.

Hii ,a news, I called samsung to cancel my 1 year care pla. They did that over the weekend. I am now eligible to get the 2 year plan for aed 200.

You can try giving it a shot.

Worked for me.

I'm going ahead and making the purchase, if you're still in the 30 day time limit, guess you'll be able to as well.
