I've noticed my phone does not warm up when charging after I've cleared cache it can also boost your battery to last a bit longer.

No, Samsung phones do not have a "cache mode" but instead provide tools to manage and clear the device's cache, including the Device Care feature for overall optimization and individual app settings for specific app data. You can manually clear the cache from the Device Care settings to improve performance or delete problematic app data by navigating to the specific app's storage settings.

You can go to Android recovery to clear the cache also. This comes with all Android phones.

You enter recovery mode

Turn off your device>press volume up and the power button simultaneously until samsung logo appears then release

But, that solely works if you connect your phone to a computer via a USB cable. Otherwise, you can't access recovery mode

Noo... you'll need to connect it to your computer when loading into bootloader mode/download mode as you'll have to press volume keys simultaneously and plug in your USB cable

Recovery mode does require that, you're free to try it out and see for your self
