Hi,I recently purchased an S24 ultra and put on a screenguard. Ever since i have trouble unlocking the phone using fingerprint.either it will take multiple tries to open up or i will run out of tries and had to use password to unlock it. Does anyone else have faced the same issue.?

Normally screen protectors do reduce performance of fingerprint sensors.
Hence it is advisable to get official screen protectors.

Better to get it from official Samsung store.

Hi @likhin you can add the same finger in the fingerprint twice. It will help you definitely

Already tried mate..its working when I press my fingers so hardly..but still I find it pretty odd since the greatest android phone in the market has such an issue
