Theoretically speaking, if you changed your phone's CSC to that which has already received the update, you'd also get the update 🤷‍♂️

I recently changed mine from UAE to Egypt. It's fairly easy and no rooting or anything like that required..totally harmless

How do I do that?

1. Download SamFW Tool from samfw.com it's a desktop app that'll help
2. Turn on USB debugging in developer settings on your phone
3. Connect your phone to your PC through usb cable, connect the PC to the Internet and open the tool
4. In the desktop app, under ADB tab, select Change CSC and choose among the codes available for your device and press okay
5. Your phone will restart, and that's it
