Hello, I'm wondering if anyone here experiencing issue with Facebook Messenger app? Just this month, I'm experiencing an issue with my messenger app. Notication is a bit erratic. Then, last week, and as of this moment, notifcations totally stops working. No pop-ups, No sounds, no icon. But, when I open the messenger, that's the only time I can see tons of chat.
I looked up on the playstore for the reviews and tons of 1 star ratings were posted due to this issue.
Also, I did all the troubleshooting I could find even drastically factory resetting my phone. But, none of it works. Has anyone/anybody here experiencing same issue? Have you able to resolve it?
*** I tried logging in my account on my husband's iphone, everything works fine. He also has a smartphone without a camera that he uses for work and its an android phone, and it works fine as well. But, my 2 Samsung smartphones; my old Note 20 Ultra and this S23 Ultra, nada at all.
