Extreme background noise when video recording

Hi all, 

My Samsung s21 ultra has this issue since few months ago, the videos i record have extreme noise. 

You often don't understand but it is more obvious when you record in quiet places. 

Any suggestions? Software is up to date, camera settings are reset. Still same issue. I suspect it s a hardware issue.

The rooms is so quiet and there is a low music, it can't even catch the music and listen to the noise..
