Greetings, esteemed Sammy members,

image

I have included an image above that purportedly displays new battery information for Samsung Galaxy devices, including details on battery health and cycle counts. However, I have been unable to locate these features on my S25 Ultra. I would be grateful if anyone could offer assistance with this matter. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Does anyone know how to enable this functionality? Could this feature be region-specific? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

It's not there. That's why in my title I wrote "extended" battery information.

I think it depends on your region, for now.

Don't worry too much about it. They'll include battery health percentage and all that extra info on the One UI 8 update in late winter or early spring.

Your screenshot must be from one running One UI 8 beta, which unfortunately is currently released in only a select few countries for now to get user opinions on new feature and whether to keep them or not.

But if you really want to know your phone's battery health then use a battery app like Battery Guru and charge your phone to the percentage they specify and you should get an estimate of what it currently is and whether or not if it's good or bad.

I appreciate your insight and thank you for providing an alternative. I understand that some individuals using One UI 7 currently have this feature enabled on their devices. Initially, it appeared to be exclusive to S25 Ultra users earlier in the year, even before the One UI 8 beta version was released. However, it is possible that they may have modified their phones to include this feature. I am hopeful that the new OS update, One UI 8, will officially incorporate this feature.
