Expert raw says unsupported file

When I take pics on my s23 ultra with expert raw and I want to view the photo it says unsupported file. Used to work just fine. Cleared cache , deleted app and still occurring.. any advice please

Hello, i am Galaxy S24 ultra user at South Korea. I had a same issue and just got it fixed.

I had another galaxy cellphone and replaced S24 with smartswitch app. All files moved from old galaxy phone (including old phone's 'Expert Raw' folder in DCIM folder at internal storage)

So I have deleted that Expert Raw folder and reinstall app. Then took a picture on expert raw app and touched image at left bottom.

Then I was able to open the image! I hope this helps. Have a great day!

i have an s25 ultra and when using expert raw app it will take a photo but when i try to look at photo it comes up file not supported . i have tried all of the above to fix issue with nothing working.
