1. Turn off your galaxy smart phone
2. Plug in USB cable connected to your PC
3. Boot your device into recovery mode by pressing volume up and power buttons simultaneously until samsung logo appears
4. In recovery mode select the option "clear cache partition" (use volume keys to navigate and power button to select)
5. When complete reboot your device and you should be good to go.
**There is no risk of any data loss in doing this
