Error

Guys, i received this error report from Samsung. Can you guide what it actually means?

Yes i tried all the above options. they deny if taking it under warranty saying its out of country. so fighting with the seller to cover it and fix it. but is the issue major? Better to sell it off?

The phone is US version and hence in Dubai, UAE they are not accepting in the samsung store

But phone still manufactured by Samsung. Actually now I can feel the difference between Apple and Samsung. I have encountered one problem with my wife's phone that came from UK. We just visited Apple service center in Dubai Mall. They did say anything that It came from UK etc, they accepted for warranty claim without any question

I can not confirm this unless I visit a samsung service center myself and ask them. I believe they will accept it in the (service center), not the store itself

Brother what you think, I am living in Dubai and using S22 ultra and don't know the difference between store and service center.

I didn't say you don't know the difference between the store and the service center. Living in Dubai doesn't and using s22 ultra doesn't necessarily prove automatically that your knowledge is superior. Have you ever visited a service center and they refused to take in your phone for repairs ?

You're still saying the same things, and for your kind information even I called their helpline and explained they gave me location for other services center I went there same reply. But I think you consider yourself smart and other fool. I am using samsung from S2 till date first time I faced the problem and came to know about their customer service.

Wow amazing achievement dude congratulations 😆 please don't be mad but am pretty sure that I'd you walk into Sharaf DJ or axiom they will accept your phones for repairs. Chill

You are saying this thing indirectly by mentioning store and service center. If you are sure they will accept the phone give me the location of Sharaf DJ or axiom I will go there. Also share your phone number and will call you and you can talk with them

If you think that iam saying things indirectly, then it is you own thing I cannot be responsible for how people are thinking 😆. So you are implying that no service center in UAE will accept samsung phones for repair ? That's a very bold statement my friend 🌎
