Guys, i received this error report from Samsung. Can you guide what it actually means?

They are just playing with you. Samsung doesn't care about its customers. I have s22 ultra and there is dust inside camera lens. I visited service center and my phone still on warranty but they still they said we can't do anything

Which service center did you visit ? How did the dust get into the camera lens 🤣

I visited Sahara Center service center. This is my question to them that you people are advertising s22 ultra dust and water proof. So explain how dust came inside. And they said may be during manufacturing. So we should think twice before purchasing samsung's expensive phones.

Samsung people said there is no fault in your phone so we can't do anything.

What is your issue exactly? Can you share with us ? And which service center did you go to ?

The issue is overheating without excessive use and causing the phone to swirch off. Only once it cools down after 15-20mins i am able to restart it.

I can see the reply of Samsung that there is defective part that is causing the overheating issue. I suggest you visit a certified samsung repair center for the repair. If you are in UAE you can take it to Axiom telecom or Sharaf DJ for repairs.
