Error in new s23 ultra

Edge lightning is not working on my phone first the issue was i set everything but still it wasnt appearinĝ later this edge lightning option is removed from my settings option at the same time i cannot use this feature. After spending alot of money if u cannot use the feature than no purpose of buying samsung and no point of being a loyal customer i bought this device 3 days back it was working i did the software update than its not working. Check the attached ss. It would have better if i would buy an iphone instesd of samsung. Check and fix it on priority

Open settings and go to notifications. Select the notification pop-up style. Edge lighting.

It works with if i get any sms on my sim however for any socila app notification it doesnt work
