Hello Samsung Fam,

My s23 ultra started displaying moisture error code on my screen anytime I plug in the charger.

Noted. I didn't expose it to any kind of moisture.
I have cleaned the charging port and charger as well. Blow air in it with hand blower yet it continually displaying that error code thus preventing the phone from charging.

Please Fam, is there any other effective solution to this because I don't have wireless charger at moment.
Any suggestions on how to get rid of that error code obstructing the phone from charging?

The "charging moisture error" on your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is designed to protect your phone from potential damage if water or moisture is detected in the USB port. Here's how to try and get rid of it:
1. Physical Checks and Drying:
* Disconnect the charger immediately.
* Wipe the port: Use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth or tissue to gently wipe the charging port.
* Shake gently: Gently shake your phone with the charging port facing downwards to dislodge any liquid. Don't shake too hard.
* Air dry: Let your phone air dry in a well-ventilated area. You can also use a fan to gently blow air into the port (use a cool setting if using a hairdryer and keep it at a distance). Avoid using excessive heat.
* Check the cable: Make sure your charging cable is also dry. Try a different cable if you suspect the current one might have moisture.
2. Clean the Charging Port:
Sometimes the error is triggered by debris or lint in the port.
* Use a non-metallic tool: Carefully try cleaning the port with a soft, dry toothbrush, a plastic toothpick (broken to be thinner), or a dry cotton swab. Be gentle and avoid bending the pins inside. You can also use compressed air to blow out any debris.
3. Restart Your Phone:
* Sometimes a simple restart can clear temporary glitches. Try restarting your S23 Ultra.
4. Clear USB Settings Cache:
If the error persists even when you're sure there's no moisture, try clearing the USB cache:
* Go to Settings.
* Tap Apps.
* Tap the Filter and sort icon (usually three horizontal lines with a downward arrow).
* Turn on Show system apps and tap OK.
* Scroll down and tap on USB Settings.
* Tap Storage.
* Tap Clear cache.
5. Disable Fast Charging:
Some users have reported that fast charging can sometimes trigger this error. You can try temporarily disabling it:
* Go to Settings.
* Tap Battery and device care.
* Tap Battery.
* Tap More battery settings.
* Toggle off Fast charging.
6. Try Wireless Charging:
If you have a wireless charger, try using that as a temporary solution to charge your phone.
If the problem continues:
* It's possible there is still moisture inside, and you need to give it more time to dry.
* There might be a hardware issue with the moisture sensor. In this case, you should contact Samsung support or a qualified repair technician.
Have you recently exposed your phone to any liquid or humid environments?

I also had the same issue with newly bought s25 ultra when charged with my old charger. The best option is to replace either the charger or the wire . In my case the charger was the issue.
