Galaxy SAfter september update my phone has been crashing alot, like 20-30 times a day. Today I got a message saying critical software error detected. It sometimes reboot into safemode.
The last 4 updates has just made my phone nearly unuseable. First update, yellow tint to screen, second update, still yellow tint, now camera has problems, update 3, still all the above, now phone is unstable and crashing, update 4, still all the above and even worse crashing to the point where the phone even warned me about it. Talked to support a little over a month ago, and they said nothing is wrong. Well today my phone clearly says otherwise. How can you keep screwing up 4 updates in a row...

Galaxy SWhy would I need warenty when an update messed everything up? Shouldnt they be able to see whats wrong in the code and send an update and fix it? Or is that too much to ask for? Might have to reset the phone

Galaxy SNothing works. The good thing is after about 2 weeks the phone slowly fixes itself. Tried factory reset, phone crashed the second it booted up, yellow tint to screen etc. Guess I will never be updating this phone again until I buy a new one. There is no point in sending the phone away for months just to fix a software issue when I send 20 crash reports a day. You should have a million by now and be able to fix it. But no, im surviving on this phone until I get another one. Im so sick of this. 5 months, it has been 5 months since these problems started, and still no fix...
