I'm unable to sync the Samsung Gallery with OneDrive, as I encounter an error every time I try. I've already installed the OneDrive app and successfully backed up all my files and images, but I can't connect the Gallery directly to OneDrive. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

My device is a Samsung S23 Ultra.

Clear Cache and Data

OneDrive App:

Go to Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Storage and clear the cache and data.

Samsung Gallery:

Similarly, clear the cache and data for the Gallery app.

Reopen both apps and try signing in again.

Check Microsoft Account Permissions

Ensure your Microsoft account has proper permissions:

Sign in to your OneDrive account via a browser.

Go to Settings > Apps and verify that Samsung Gallery has access.

If syncing directly from Gallery fails, you can manually upload photos:

Open OneDrive > Tap + > Choose Upload > Select photos from the Gallery.
