Has anyone else had this issue and how did you solve it. My dual whatsapp will not allow me to take photos within the app, it says unsupported format and it won't allow me to forward any pictures it says error in sharing. It will not open any pdfs again saying file format not supported. I've tried clearing cache and data and still not helping. Thanks
Same problem my side - shocking service from samsung in this regard - it has something to do with one of the upgrades and they are not fixing it!!! Very sloppy samsung....
