If you have downloaded files on your Samsung device and cannot locate them in your internal storage, there are a few possible reasons why this might be happening.

One possibility is that the files are saved to a different location on your device, such as the SD card. To check if this is the case, you can use a file manager app to search for the files on your device. Here's how:

  1. Open your file manager app (such as "My Files" on Samsung devices).
  2. Look for an option to search for files or folders. This may be represented by a magnifying glass icon or a search bar.
  3. Type in the name or file type of the files you downloaded and tap on the search button.
  4. If the files are found, note their location and navigate to that folder using the file manager app.
  5. If you want to move the files to a different location, select them and use the "Move" or "Copy" option to transfer them to a different folder or location.

Another possibility is that the files were downloaded but not properly saved to your device's internal storage. In this case, you may need to download the files again and make sure to select the option to save them to your desired location.

Or check in your Gallery or the DCIM folder in your Internal Storage!

Not found in the Downloads, DCIM/Gallery or the Internal storage. Try downloading a picture off the Google app (not other internet apps) as shown in the picture and you'll run into the same problem.20210526_105614_72690.jpg
