How to disable poweroff option on screen locked in s23 ultra?

5. Find the option labeled "Lock Network and Security" and toggle it on.

It does not prevent powering off device

Sorry but this does not disable power off option. I have the ss22 ultra and I can still access power down option from the notification window next to the settings button. On a lock screen that is. Just tried it and power down my phone on a lock screen after using this setting.

If someone steals the phone the can simply power down, remove the sim and power up in a non wifi zone.

Navigate to Settings and select Advanced features. Then, select Side key and set the Press and hold option as wake Bixby.
