Dex using usb c to usb c cable.

Just curious if the charger cable is able to activate dex? Currently using the usb c to usb a cable that came with the phone to run dex on the pc. Planning to use a portable monitor so wanting to check if thats possible.

Yes your type c to type c cable will be able to do that

you can use it directly use it on a monitor if it have a usb type c port

have you tried it with a monitor with a type c port?

not as yet. awaiting a delivery of the monitor but since noticed that my current device only accepts Samsung usb c cables and has difficulty with other gen 3.1 ife cables. so just want to be ready if the included cable does not work.
