Hi,
My daughter is unable to reach out to me. Whenever she's calling me, my phone rings once (or half a ring) then goes to Voicemail.
Under Call Logs the call is marked as "Declined call".
My daughter's like is NOT blocked (her number doesn't appear under blocked numbers).
Any ideas?

Check "Auto Reject" or "Block Unknown/Spam Calls" Settings

Open Phone app > Tap three-dot menu (top right) > Settings > Block numbers.

Ensure "Block unknown/private numbers" or any spam filtering settings aren’t affecting her number.

Thanks
As per original post, her number is not blocked (Blocked numbers).
"Block unknown numbers" - not configured. But also, my daughter's number is "known", so not applicable.
Thanks

Check "Do Not Disturb" Mode

Go to Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb.

If enabled, check the "Allowed Contacts" section. Your daughter’s number should be listed as an allowed contact.

Check Call Forwarding or Voicemail Settings

Dial ##21# and press Call to disable call forwarding.

Also, check Phone app > Settings > Supplementary services > Call forwarding and ensure calls are not forwarded unexpectedly.

Noted, all other calls are coming through except for my daughter's. So, something is not right.

Check for Third-Party Apps

If you have call management apps like Truecaller, Samsung Smart Call, or a carrier spam filter, check if they are blocking the number.

Have your daughter call from a different number. If those calls go through, your phone may still be treating her number as blocked, even if it's not visible.

Restart your phone.

Ensure your carrier settings and software are up to date under Settings > Software update.
